This service includes the production of up to the first two notices for the involved parties.

Please note:
- Any work beyond our fixed pricing is charged at £150 per hour, plus disbursements (e.g., in case of damage during the work).
- Typically, the Building Owner carrying out the work is responsible for fees under the Act.
- All quotes are VAT-free (accurate at the time of writing).
- Any additional notices will incur a fee of £25 per notice.
*All drawings and calculations must be provided and payment in full & confirmed by the surveyor.
