Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Worked with Tyrone on a pretty complicated process of getting 3 awards for a terraced house extension. He was very supportive from start to finish. Incredibly responsive and on the ball in moving the process as quickly as he possibly could with the other consultants/neighbours. He pushed for the best outcome on our side and was successful in achieving what we wanted in a quick turnaround. Very highly recommend Tyrone to anyone needed party wall advice.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had an urgent Party Wall issue with a very tight turnaround that needed addressing and Tyrone at Efficient Party Wall Ltd. smashed it out of the park. His initial consultation was so helpful and thorough and his attention to detail and his professionalism throughout the stressful process was excellent, ensuring that all issues were resolved in time for the building work to begin.
Would thoroughly recommend Tyrone for any Party Wall issues out there.
